The £399 monthly fee covers the ongoing document tracking, expiry monitoring, automated reminders, secure storage, and maintenance of your register—regardless of whether you request compliance packs. The 5 included packs per month are available for you to use as needed.
What's included in the £399 setup fee?
The one-time setup fee covers the initial document intake, register configuration tailored to your business structure, onboarding consultation, and system setup. This ensures your document management system is properly configured from day one.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
No. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or long-term commitments. We earn your business every month by delivering value.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my usage?
Your usage scales automatically. If you request more than 5 packs in a month, you simply pay £45 per additional pack. If you request fewer, you only use what's included. There's no need to change plans or notify us—it adjusts based on your actual needs.
Is there a limit to how many documents I can store?
No. The monthly fee covers document storage, tracking, and version history for all your compliance documents across all your sites. You can store as many documents as your business requires.
